Shipping Policy

Once the payment has been completed, the order will go to the warehouse which will process it within 48/72 hours and deliver it to the courier for shipment.

You will receive another notification when the order has been shipped.

Shipping costs are made throughout Europe. Delivery times vary according to areas.

We will take 48/72 hours to process your order after which the package will be entrusted to the courier for shipment, you will then receive the tracking code to keep track of your package until delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS
You can return the products within 14 days from the date you received your order.
HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS
To process the return, send us an email to funkyfoils@info.nl We will inform you on how to proceed and send the material paid to us, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Postage will be free on returns due to fault in material, where once the error or fault has been verified, we will replenish the goods as soon as possible and postage will be at our expense. The refund will be made with the same means of payment used, either by credit card or by bank transfer.
