FOILYAGE TECHNIQUE: FOR SHINY AND BRILLIANT HAIR
Foilyage and balayage can be combined for an even more complete and natural lightening effect. Foilyage has some specific peculiarities: the light reflections of color are made in a very detailed way thanks to the use of foil, the opposite of what happens in balayage, which is instead done by hand. In both methods the hairline remains largely unchanged, but with foilyage the lengths are wrapped in aluminum foil in order to increase the intensity of the colour. Since the lower part of the hair is mostly colored, the look needs to be refreshed every three to four months.
The result will be shinier and shinier hair, with a natural effect. However, the lightening will not be applied to the entire hair, but only to the ends; in this way there is no risk of stressing the hair and the strands will have a natural lightened color. The foilyage technique is therefore perfect for those who want to give an extra touch to their hair, without however applying a radical coloring that they can regret later.
